Argumentative Writing Intensive
Twelve 10–15 minute lessons that take you from planning to conclusion, with the frameworks I use to mark: R-C-S-C-A-P, BIT, PEEL, ARROW and LENS.
Short, sharp lessons built the way an examiner marks. One skill per 10–15 minute lesson, drills straight after, and frameworks you can use under exam pressure.
👩🏻🏫 Be the marker. The school bans phones all day, recess included. Write to the Principal.
"I'm a student of ABC school. I think the new policy is quite inconvenient for us students… I urge the school to reconsider this new policy because it makes students feel unhappy."
Redundant, too personal, and the tone is too aggressive for the Principal.
"While the policy may indeed help reduce distractions during lessons, it may also bring huge inconvenience during breaks… Instead of a complete ban, the school could consider allowing phones during recess and lunchtime."
Acknowledges the other side, offers a constructive solution, and keeps a polite tone.
DSE students don't have time for 3-hour lessons. So every course is broken into small lessons you can finish in one sitting.

Quick drills right after the lesson, while it's fresh. Answers included.
Compare weak and strong answers and learn exactly why one scores Level 5+.
Get the structure right: role, tone, format, and a clear stance in every paragraph.
Turn short, generic points into real elaboration with the ARROW and LENS methods.
Nuance, credible examples and links that make an examiner stop and re-read.

I'm a medical student, and I scored 5** in every DSE English paper. I didn't get there by reading long books. I studied exam-oriented material and drilled exercises until the techniques became automatic. Now I teach that same approach, condensed so you don't waste a single study hour.
Because that's how I study too. Medical school taught me that focused 15-minute blocks with active practice beat hours of passive reading.
Lessons, drills and notes are all on Podia. Watch on your phone, anytime.
